Description

Facilitate remote Zoom deposition sessions with professionalism and warmth.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues for participants, including audio and screen-sharing problems.
Help maintain transcript quality by ensuring optimal audio conditions for transcription software.
Administer oaths and manage on-the-record and off-the-record transitions.
Handle procedural steps that support a seamless legal proceeding.
Work from provided scripts and procedural forms with care and accuracy.
Maintain confidentiality and a composed, professional presence throughout each proceeding.

Requirements

Active Notary Public license in the state listed in the job posting.
Strong internet connection.
Access to a quiet, professional workspace.
Video-enabled computer with the necessary software capabilities.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to generally accommodate standard business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time.
Familiarity with Zoom or other video conferencing software.
Experience in the legal industry is a bonus.
