Description

  • Analyze marketing workflows, business processes, and cross-functional data flows to identify automation and AI opportunities.
  • Map current-state marketing operations and design scalable AI-enabled business solutions.
  • Partner with AI/ML Engineering, Data Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, IT, and business stakeholders to align initiatives with enterprise standards.
  • Translate marketing requirements into solution architecture and integrate solutions with enterprise AI platforms.
  • Drive integration of AI agents, Generative AI tools, and third-party AI platforms into the MarTech ecosystem.
  • Review architectures, data flow diagrams, interface specifications, and technical designs for scalability and governance.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering on data pipelines, API requirements, and integration patterns for AI-powered workflows.
  • Define infrastructure requirements for AI services, including hosting, orchestration, vector databases, storage, monitoring, and observability.
  • Lead technical evaluations of AI vendors and advise on build-versus-buy decisions.
  • Ensure solutions meet enterprise security, privacy, governance, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Senior-level experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Business Architecture, or related technical consulting roles.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise marketing operations, MarTech ecosystems, and business process optimization.
  • Experience designing enterprise-scale AI, automation, or digital transformation solutions.
  • Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), recommendation engines, AI agents, and workflow orchestration.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, enterprise application architecture, and data management principles.
  • Knowledge of enterprise security, privacy, governance, compliance, and AI risk management practices.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams.
  • Experience evaluating enterprise software vendors and conducting technical due diligence.
  • Upper-Intermediate English.
  • Experience implementing AI solutions within Marketing, Customer Experience, or Digital Transformation initiatives (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF (nice to have).
  • Experience with vector databases, AI observability platforms, or model management solutions (nice to have).
  • Cloud certifications in Azure, AWS, or GCP (nice to have).
  • AI-related certifications or enterprise architecture certifications (nice to have).
