Description

  • Own end-to-end product design from early concepts through final UI and implementation.
  • Design and ship product improvements for AI-native enterprise experiences.
  • Influence product strategy and direction alongside the client and internal team.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Design on priorities and execution.
  • Conduct user research to build a data-driven understanding of users and their workflows.
  • Improve and streamline design-to-engineering collaboration processes.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the design system ecosystem.
  • Create prototypes and high-fidelity design solutions for complex workflows.
  • Support the development of agentic experiences within enterprise products.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience designing complex workflows for enterprise SaaS products or B2B services.
  • End-to-end product design experience from early concepts through high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Strong interaction design skills for simplifying complex user journeys and workflows.
  • Experience building and scaling robust design systems.
  • Experience with rapid prototyping using AI tools and/or frontend code.
  • Experience integrating AI tools into daily design workflows.
  • Strong user research skills and data-driven understanding of user workflows.
  • Strong strategic problem-solving, product thinking, communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • High standards for visual design quality and attention to detail.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration experience and experience improving design-to-engineering workflows.
  • Hands-on experience building agentic products is desirable.
  • Familiarity with fintech, blockchain, or Web3 ecosystems is desirable.
  • Design leadership or team lead experience, including mentoring and driving design direction, is desirable.
  • A portfolio is required for application.
