Description

  • Define and implement the organisation’s QA strategy and roadmap.
  • Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies across the software development lifecycle.
  • Assess and triage testing issues and report on test coverage and effectiveness.
  • Architect and develop scalable automation frameworks for functional, regression, and performance testing.
  • Integrate automated tests and testing frameworks into CI workflows.
  • Evaluate testing tools and technologies and build reusable frameworks, dashboards, and AI agents.
  • Collaborate with Product, Development, Operations, and technical stakeholders on quality standards.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to QA engineers across the organisation.
  • Improve QA processes through automation, optimisation, and emerging practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
  • 6+ years of QA experience, including 2+ years as a Senior QA Engineer focused on test automation.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing scalable automation frameworks for complex software projects.
  • Experience with PHP, JavaScript, or Go and relevant test automation tools and frameworks.
  • Cloud certification and experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure in large-scale environments.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Travis CI.
  • Knowledge of databases and SQL, plus API testing with OpenAPI, Swagger, or gRPC.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, QA best practices, and industry standards.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
