Description

  • Coordinate podcast episode logistics, including scheduling, show notes formatting, and upload preparation.
  • Support the YouTube content pipeline with descriptions, thumbnail coordination, tagging, scheduling, and basic channel management.
  • Monitor podcast, YouTube, social, and ad comments, respond appropriately, and escalate issues when needed.
  • Track episode and campaign performance metrics and maintain weekly and daily reporting sheets.
  • Own the end-to-end production of newsletters, including writing, layout design, scheduling, and sending.
  • Manage the email campaign calendar for newsletters, deal announcements, event invites, and re-engagement sequences.
  • Write investor-facing email content such as deal spotlights, market commentary, event previews, and community updates.
  • Maintain email list hygiene, including segmentation, unsubscribes, bounces, and tagging.
  • Post content to the Facebook Group and monitor engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter/X.
  • Support marketing operations and admin tasks such as meeting notes, content formatting, folder access, tool purchases, and quick research.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing assistant, content, or email marketing role.
  • Examples of newsletters or campaigns produced are required.
  • Experience with newsletters, email marketing, and content writing is essential.
  • Strong copywriting ability with excellent written English and the ability to write in someone else’s voice.
  • Hands-on experience designing and sending emails in ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or a similar platform.
  • Comfort with Google Suite, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube Studio, and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to catch and fix issues proactively.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced async environment.
  • High integrity and discretion when handling sensitive investor communications and community data.
  • Bonus: experience supporting a podcast or YouTube channel in a production or coordination role.
  • Bonus: familiarity with ClickUp, Notion, or HubSpot.
  • Bonus: exposure to high-ticket or financial services audiences.
  • Bonus: interest in investing or emerging technology.
