Description

  • Develop and execute automated test solutions for cloud-based applications.
  • Troubleshoot complex software defects using debugging tools, simulations, and custom automation scripts.
  • Collaborate with software engineering, DevOps, and cross-functional teams across the software development lifecycle.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, installation guides, test plans, and training materials.
  • Serve as a technical point of contact for issue investigation and stakeholder updates.
  • Maintain detailed records of defects, test results, customer requirements, and system interactions.
  • Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation to support production incidents.
  • Contribute to internal practice activities, thought leadership, and career development initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance.
  • 2+ years of experience developing automated test solutions using Python, Go, or similar languages.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with AWS, including EKS, Apache Spark, and AWS Lambda.
  • Experience troubleshooting complex software issues using debugging tools, automation, and scripting.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen residing within the contiguous 48 United States.
  • Ability to participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Preferred: experience with AWS GovCloud and FedRAMP-compliant systems.
  • Preferred: experience with Docker, Apache Kafka, Jira-Xray, TDD, CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum environments.
