Description

Design and develop production-ready artificial intelligence solutions using traditional models and generative AI.
Lead the technical implementation of architectures based on LLMs, RAG, and intelligent agents.
Design APIs, microservices, and reusable components to accelerate new AI initiatives.
Integrate AI models with enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and structured and unstructured data sources.
Design scalable architectures on Azure, AWS, or GCP with availability, security, and maintainability in mind.
Implement MLOps and LLMOps practices for automated deployment, versioning, monitoring, and model operations.
Design and implement ETL/ELT data processing pipelines for AI solutions.
Define evaluation, observability, and monitoring strategies for model and agent performance.
Collaborate with business teams to translate functional requirements into high-impact technical solutions.
Promote best practices in architecture, quality, security, and governance across AI initiatives.

Requirements

More than 5 years of experience in software development.
More than 3 years implementing artificial intelligence solutions in production environments.
Experience designing and implementing end-to-end solutions from experimentation through production deployment.
Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and business stakeholders.
Experience in regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, health, or fintech is preferred.
Advanced Python skills.
Advanced SQL skills.
Experience developing REST APIs and microservices.
Node.js knowledge is desirable for integrations and services.
Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, intelligent agents, and traditional machine learning.
Experience integrating foundation models into enterprise applications.
Experience with at least one cloud platform: Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Experience designing and implementing ETL/ELT processes.
Experience processing structured and unstructured data and integrating multiple information sources.
Experience with CI/CD automation, model versioning, Docker containerization, and monitoring/observability of AI services.
Experience with RAG architectures and intelligent agents in production is especially valued.
Experience evaluating and optimizing model responses is especially valued.
Experience optimizing inference costs and performance is especially valued.
Engineering, Computer Science, Software, or related degree.
Postgraduate studies or certifications related to Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Cloud are a plus.
Intermediate to advanced English is desirable.
