Description

  • Prepare and lead live virtual classroom sessions for learners ranging from small groups to 8,000+ participants.
  • Deliver instruction on technical content tailored to learners' needs and data labeling work.
  • Manage class-time Q&A, monitor chat flow, and maintain learner energy and engagement.
  • Collaborate with Correlation One operations personnel to ensure smooth program delivery and schedule adherence.
  • Assist with lesson design, curriculum development, and ongoing course improvements.
  • Track edits, suggestions, and changes to curriculum as needed.
  • Provide clear, professional communication with learners, staff, contractors, and guest speakers.
  • Prepare thoroughly for lectures to ensure high-quality instruction.
  • Offer thoughtful feedback to the Correlation One team before and after delivery.
  • Adapt lesson pacing and presentation to meet the needs of diverse learners while meeting timing expectations.

Requirements

  • Part-time, contract availability for a program running June 1, 2026 through October 28, 2026.
  • Availability every Monday and Wednesday from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM EST / 19:00 to 21:00 CEST, with some flexibility possible.
  • Remote work compatible with the EST time zone.
  • Bilingual proficiency in German and English, with all instruction and learner support delivered in German and professional collaboration conducted in English.
  • Strong conceptual understanding of the ML lifecycle and foundation model workflows.
  • Hands-on experience performing or leading labeling and QA workflows across text, image/video, and speech/audio.
  • Demonstrated ability to teach and enforce SOP-driven execution standards, including disciplined escalation and documentation.
  • Expert-level writing and communication skills for structured rationales and learner support.
  • Quality assurance experience using complex QA rubrics, root-cause analysis, and spreadsheet-based tools.
  • Experience assisting in the design and refinement of technical lessons, including hands-on skills labs.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality live virtual instruction to large, diverse groups from 100 to over 8,000 learners.
  • Ability to adjust pacing and presentation while maintaining a positive learning culture.
  • Preferred: AWS Certified AI Practitioner (AIF-C01) certification or equivalent mastery.
  • Preferred: Experience mapping training content to AWS AIF-C01 domains and coaching exam readiness.
