Description

  • Conduct engaging demonstrations of Copilot or Gemini tailored to specific business outcomes and functions.
  • Partner with teams to identify business challenges and develop Copilot-driven or Gemini-driven solutions aligned to business goals.
  • Deliver hands-on coaching and training sessions to help employees use Copilot or Gemini in their daily workflows.
  • Share best practices and advanced case examples to support Copilot or Gemini adoption.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize Copilot or Gemini usage to ensure it meets business needs and improves efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and customize Copilot or Gemini applications accordingly.
  • Stay current on the latest Copilot or Gemini features and updates to improve training programs and resources.

Requirements

  • Extensive hands-on experience using Copilot or Gemini in a professional work environment to solve business problems.
  • Strong understanding of Copilot or Gemini features, integrations, and applications across business functions.
  • 2+ years of experience in coaching, training, or consulting roles related to AI tools and digital workplace solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging and educating diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to analyze business challenges, recommend AI-driven solutions, and track measurable metrics that drive business impact.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to support teams with varying levels of AI and data expertise.
  • Remote availability from a location compatible with the EST time zone.
