Description

Manage full-cycle accounting and bookkeeping, including reconciliations, journal entries, AP/AR, and month-end close.
Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
Support year-end compilations, audits, reviews, and tax-related work.
Work directly with clients to resolve accounting questions and issues.
Manage client deliverables and proactively communicate items requiring attention.
Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and systems.
Support financial analysis and other client finance projects.
Build an understanding of client businesses and investigate discrepancies or unusual results.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
4+ years of relevant accounting experience.
Big Four experience.
Experience owning full-cycle accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting.
Ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines.
Professional English communication skills for working with clients and senior finance professionals.
Experience with QuickBooks Online, Xero, Taxprep, or CaseWare (preferred).
Experience in public accounting, audit, tax, SaaS, technology, fintech, or Web3 (preferred).
CPA designation or active pursuit of a CPA designation (preferred).
Availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST.
