Description

Conduct document review for eDiscovery matters, including privilege and responsiveness review.
Perform redactions, conceptual searching, and first- and second-level review as needed.
Use electronic document review platforms to manage and review case materials.
Support document review team workflows and project deliverables.
Assist with legal research and foreign language translation when assigned.
Collaborate with project managers and other team members to maintain efficient review processes.
Work on projects that may include remote, hybrid, or location-specific assignments.
Be available to work hours established on a project-by-project basis, including outside standard business hours when required.

Requirements

Fluency in Portuguese.
Familiarity with document review workflows, including privilege/responsiveness review, redactions, conceptual searching, and first- and second-review processes.
Experience with electronic document review technology such as Relativity, Concordance, or ViewPoint.
Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and good standing.
Preferred: experience as a member of a document review team.
Preferred: familiarity with Relativity 9.0 or higher.
Preferred: 2+ years of legal support experience.
Ability to work remotely or in a project-based location as assigned.
Availability for project-based schedules and potentially non-standard business hours.

Benefits

Hourly pay of $34 per hour.
Remote work opportunities on a project-by-project basis.
Potential hybrid or location-based project assignments depending on the matter.
