Description

Review documents for responsiveness and privilege in eDiscovery matters.
Perform redactions, conceptual searching, first review, and second review tasks.
Use electronic document review platforms such as Relativity, Concordance, or ViewPoint.
Assist with legal research and foreign language translation as needed.
Work on document review projects in coordination with the broader review team.
Follow project-specific workflows and procedures established for each assignment.

Requirements

Fluency in Portuguese.
Familiarity with document review workflows, including privilege/responsiveness review, redactions, conceptual searching, first and second review.
Experience with electronic document review technology such as Relativity, Concordance, or ViewPoint.
Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and status in good standing.
Preferred: Experience as a member of a document review team.
Preferred: Familiarity with Relativity 9.0 or higher.
Preferred: 2+ years of legal support experience.
Availability to work remotely and hours determined on a project-by-project basis.
Ability to work outside standard business hours when required by the project.
