Description

  • Review documents for responsiveness and privilege in eDiscovery matters.
  • Perform redactions, conceptual searching, first review, and second review tasks.
  • Use electronic document review platforms such as Relativity, Concordance, or ViewPoint.
  • Assist with legal research and foreign language translation as needed.
  • Work on document review projects in coordination with the broader review team.
  • Follow project-specific workflows and procedures established for each assignment.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese.
  • Familiarity with document review workflows, including privilege/responsiveness review, redactions, conceptual searching, first and second review.
  • Experience with electronic document review technology such as Relativity, Concordance, or ViewPoint.
  • Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and status in good standing.
  • Preferred: Experience as a member of a document review team.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Relativity 9.0 or higher.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of legal support experience.
  • Availability to work remotely and hours determined on a project-by-project basis.
  • Ability to work outside standard business hours when required by the project.
