Description

Partner with department managers to define hiring criteria and create accurate job descriptions.
Post jobs and manage recruitment advertising processes.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and recommend candidates for advancement.
Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the process.
Coordinate and facilitate interviews and feedback sessions with hiring managers, directors, and stakeholders.
Partner with HR and hiring managers on offers, including salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and related details.
Ensure recruiting activities comply with applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
Maintain accurate recruiting records and reporting in the Lever applicant tracking system.
Follow company information security, privacy, and environmental management policies.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
At least five years of experience managing the full recruitment and hiring lifecycle preferred.
Fluency in French and English required.
Experience recruiting in telecommunications or data center industries preferred.
High-volume recruiting experience for operations roles such as HVAC, mechanical, or technician positions preferred.
Strong relationship-building skills and experience partnering with diverse hiring managers.
Experience with passive candidate sourcing, including LinkedIn Recruiter, preferred.
Experience using applicant tracking systems required; Lever experience preferred.
Ability to assess candidates through Zoom interviews and provide hiring-team insights.
Proven negotiation and offer-closing skills.
Recruiting agency experience is a plus.
