Description

Design and implement scalable, secure, production-grade pipelines for deploying agentic AI models.
Build and maintain cloud infrastructure across the full AI lifecycle on GCP or AWS.
Develop and maintain CI/CD and continuous training workflows for AI model delivery.
Implement production monitoring to track model performance, health, drift, latency, and bias.
Apply security, privacy, and compliance best practices across the MLOps lifecycle.
Work with AI researchers, data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to align delivery with project goals.
Establish and enforce data and model governance frameworks for AI systems.
Optimize agentic AI deployments for reliability, scalability, and real-time adaptability.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience deploying and managing AI/ML models in production.
Experience with agentic or autonomous AI systems is highly preferred.
Deep hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Experience with GCP services such as Vertex AI, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, and Cloud Functions or AWS equivalents such as SageMaker, S3, Redshift, and Lambda.
Strong knowledge of MLOps tools and frameworks such as PyTorch, LangGraph, CrewAI, and N8N.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Expertise in Python and familiarity with automation scripting tools such as Bash and Terraform.
Strong experience with Git and version control workflows.
Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Lantrace, AgentOps, Prometheus, CloudWatch, and Grafana.
Strong understanding of IAM, data encryption, and secure pipeline design.
Knowledge of ethical AI principles, including bias detection, explainability, and GDPR or similar compliance standards.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working in cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
Advanced degrees or certifications in MLOps, AI/ML, or cloud technologies are highly valued.
