Description

  • Build, test, and deploy Model Context Protocols (MCPs) connected to critical data sources such as Snowflake and SharePoint.
  • Integrate databases, APIs, and other systems to expose data through MCPs for Copilot workflows and collaborative AI workspaces.
  • Refactor proof-of-concept code into robust production infrastructure that meets architectural and security standards.
  • Design, test, and optimize prompts for MCPs, AI skills, and plugins.
  • Identify, debug, and resolve MCP issues and evaluate performance against defined prompts.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and platform teams to design data pipelines and integrations.
  • Independently own development tickets from research and concept through deployment, communicating progress and blockers.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on Python proficiency and solid coding fundamentals.
  • Experience building AI-driven solutions and working with Model Context Protocols (MCPs).
  • Familiarity with the FAST MCP framework.
  • Prompt engineering experience and familiarity with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, including skills, plugins, and cloud sub-agents.
  • General knowledge of AWS.
  • Experience integrating structured and unstructured data sources, including databases, APIs, SQL/ORMs, SharePoint, and files.
  • Advanced or bilingual English proficiency (C1 or above).
  • Ability to work autonomously, research solutions independently, and drive work through completion.
  • Excellent communication skills for reporting progress and technical blockers.
  • Familiarity with Terraform, Agent Core or similar agent-development frameworks, or financial services, hedge fund, or investment-sector experience (preferred).
