Description

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and specialized roles from intake through offer and close.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leaders to define role needs, calibrate candidate profiles, and drive hiring decisions.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build strong candidate pipelines across multiple channels.
  • Screen candidates and assess fit for engineering, QA, product, and related positions.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process efficiently across multiple open requisitions.
  • Negotiate offers and support closing candidates.
  • Maintain pipeline progress, track recruiting metrics, and report hiring status using ATS and recruiting tools.
  • Deliver a timely, professional candidate experience that reflects the company’s mission-driven culture.
  • Move quickly and independently in a time-boxed engagement while adapting to different search needs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a technical recruiter in SaaS or technology companies.
  • Demonstrated success hiring for engineering, QA, product, and other technical or specialized roles.
  • Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closing.
  • Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, niche communities, Boolean search, and referrals.
  • Ability to pivot quickly between different searches and adapt sourcing and screening approaches as needed.
  • Comfort evaluating technical resumes and discussing software engineering, QA/testing practices, and product management at a credible level.
  • Hands-on proficiency with ATS platforms such as Workable, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar tools.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and executives.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously with minimal ramp-up time.
  • Resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment.
