Description

  • Manage the content calendar and post daily across social platforms while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions on Twitter, Telegram, Reddit, and other channels.
  • Brief designers and help bring creative concepts to life across posts, infographics, and short videos.
  • Collaborate with the Community Manager on partnership strategies, campaigns, and community contests.
  • React quickly to real-time opportunities such as live streams and trending moments.
  • Drive engagement and nurture the audience across all community channels.
  • Track social analytics and share performance insights to improve strategy.
  • Support occasional evening or weekend community engagement as needed.

Requirements

  • 40 hours per week as a fully remote freelance engagement.
  • Strong creativity, initiative, and an autonomous working style.
  • Exceptional writing skills for engaging, on-brand social content, captions, and ads.
  • Experience managing social platforms such as Twitter, Discord, and Telegram.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to work more efficiently.
  • Familiarity with social media tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Tweethunter.
  • Ability to understand social media metrics and turn them into actionable insights.
  • Availability for occasional evening or weekend engagement.
  • Bonus: image editing skills in Figma, Adobe Suite, or Canva.
  • Bonus: knowledge of SEO and keyword optimization for social media, or experience in PR or crisis management.
