Description

  • Translate ambiguous business problems into unified driver and administrator experiences with the product and web teams.
  • Build small end-to-end prototypes, often within one to two weeks, to test product ideas.
  • Present prototypes to customers and market validation teams, then iterate rapidly based on feedback.
  • Challenge assumptions, control scope, and maintain momentum without complete requirements.
  • Make reversible technical decisions while protecting security, privacy, and data integrity.
  • Build isolated, feature-flagged modules within the shared codebase.
  • Integrate with platform backends and third-party APIs using existing contracts and patterns.
  • Harden, test, scale, and release validated concepts before handing them to the core engineering team.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of senior-level software engineering experience, including startup or fast-paced product work.
  • Experience building products from scratch, managing scope under pressure, and shipping quickly.
  • Strong product judgment, ownership, communication, and ability to work effectively with ambiguity.
  • Deep experience with React Native, plus native iOS development in Swift and Android development in Kotlin.
  • Experience with mobile release processes for iOS and Android, including app-store submission and review.
  • Experience integrating REST/backend APIs and handling authentication, tokens, and SSO on mobile.
  • Ability to collaborate across mobile, web, and backend systems and follow existing codebase conventions.
  • Experience using AI development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Copilot with sound engineering judgment.
  • Knowledge of AI agents, skills, and code-spec workflows while maintaining engineering rigor.
  • Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, NestJS, or PostgreSQL is preferred.
