Description

  • Develop Colleague integrations using best-practice tools and methods such as Ethos APIs, Ethos Integration, Ellucian Experience Cards, Data Connect, Colleague SDK for .NET, SFTP, and Elf Imports.
  • Complete programming, analysis, and testing work in Colleague Studio.
  • Participate in Colleague or Ellucian module implementations and Unidata to SQL migration projects.
  • Perform patching, cloning, and installation of base Colleague applications.
  • Provide technical support for the Colleague software suite.
  • Administer and monitor Colleague systems.
  • Manage system backups, updates, and releases.
  • Provide end-user training.
  • Work collaboratively with client functional and technical teams and CampusWorks colleagues to evaluate current processes and design future-state solutions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience working with Colleague in higher education institutions.
  • Experience with report writing tools such as SQL Reporting Services, CROA, ODS, Informer, or similar.
  • Experience with Colleague modules.
  • Experience installing and configuring Colleague Self-Service, WebAPI, and Ethos.
  • Experience installing SSL certificates.
  • Experience installing application and database patches.
  • Experience using Colleague Studio.
  • Experience with SQL Server, Unidata, and Oracle relational databases, as needed.
  • Experience with data migrations and ETL.
  • Experience with Colleague Self-Service or Ellucian Experience.
  • Strong SQL proficiency.
  • API integrations experience.
  • Experience with Colleague SaaS migration and Unidata to SQL migration.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for higher education.
