Description

  • Design analytics implementations for Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics with clients, analytics engineers, and developers.
  • Lead measurement strategy workshops and gather requirements to shape analytics strategy.
  • Audit existing Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics implementations.
  • Produce and maintain analytics documentation such as BRDs, SDRs, and TDDs.
  • Recommend improvements to analytics instrumentation and data capture best practices.
  • Configure Adobe Analytics report suites based on analytics and web tracking requirements.
  • Configure multi-channel Adobe Customer Journey Analytics implementations, including connections and data views.
  • Identify business-relevant insights and build dashboards and reporting in Adobe Analytics and CJA Workspace.
  • Translate findings into narratives and presentations for executives, marketing leaders, clients, and internal teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders and help resolve technical and business challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics is essential.
  • 5+ years of experience working in an agency environment (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience working with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (preferred).
  • Solid understanding of analytics implementation, reporting, and analysis.
  • Experience with identity resolution concepts and requirements.
  • Adobe Analytics certification and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics certification (preferred).
  • Exposure to other AEP solutions such as RT-CDP and AJO is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eligibility for employment visa sponsorship if needed.
