Description

  • Design and develop solutions using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP).
  • Configure XDM schemas, datasets, identities, and real-time customer profiles.
  • Build and manage data ingestion and integration pipelines from multiple sources.
  • Develop audience segmentation and activation strategies to support personalization initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business, marketing, and technical teams to deliver scalable customer data solutions.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance standards are maintained.
  • Support performance optimization, troubleshooting, and platform enhancements.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in MarTech, Data Engineering, or Technology Architecture.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe RTCDP and Adobe Experience Platform.
  • Strong understanding of CDPs, customer data architecture, identity resolution, and audience management.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Exposure to big data technologies including Spark, Hadoop, and Kafka.
  • Familiarity with Java, Scala, Spark, and distributed data processing frameworks.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science or a related technical discipline.
  • Adobe RTCDP Developer Expert Certification or Adobe Experience Platform Business Practitioner Certification preferred.
  • Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, data warehousing, and marketing technology ecosystems preferred.
