Description

  • Own assigned course-development projects from post-design planning through delivery and iteration.
  • Design logical learning journeys, storyboards, and instructional design rationales.
  • Build interactive e-learning modules, scenario-based assessments, video walkthroughs, and job aids.
  • Delegate appropriate asset-development tasks to junior team members.
  • Partner with subject-matter experts and operational stakeholders to gather technical knowledge, manage reviews, and maintain production schedules.
  • Create globally accessible learning content using clear language and WCAG-aligned principles.
  • Use approved generative AI prototyping tools to streamline scripting and asset creation while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
  • Troubleshoot and support the team’s authoring tools and learning management system, including Rise 360, Google Slides, and Elai.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience designing and developing digital learning experiences, preferably in SaaS, B2B, or high-growth technology environments.
  • Strong knowledge of modern instructional design theories and frameworks, with the ability to explain design decisions to stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with authoring systems, video-editing or AI-generation tools, and LMS administration.
  • Experience with Articulate Rise or Rise 360 is preferred.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder-management, and SME consulting skills.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English; C1/C2 proficiency is preferred.
  • Interest in learning complex software products such as customer data platforms, search algorithms, and e-commerce personalization engines.
  • Strong project-management, organization, and time-management skills, including proactive delivery-risk communication.
  • Ability to work full time remotely or from a Bloomreach office for the 12-month fixed-term contract.
