Description

  • Support UX design work for client engagements across a variety of industries and project types.
  • Contribute to freelance projects that typically last 1-4 months.
  • Participate in embedded contract engagements that can run 6-18 months with Blink’s larger clients.
  • Work on both full-time and occasional part-time opportunities as client needs change.
  • Collaborate on design consulting work within Blink’s UX research, strategy, and design practice.
  • Adapt to evolving client needs and be available for future opportunities as they arise.
  • Align with Blink’s company culture framework and ways of working.
  • Participate in the application and interview process for roles that match your background.

Requirements

  • Senior-level UX design experience is implied for this opportunity.
  • Interest in freelance work, long-term embedded contract work, or both.
  • Availability for remote work.
  • Willingness to consider project-based engagements ranging from 1-4 months.
  • Willingness to consider embedded engagements lasting 6-18 months.
  • Ability to work in full-time roles, with occasional part-time availability preferred.
  • Experience suited to working with diverse clients and industries.
  • Pay for freelance work is $70-$100 per hour on a 1099 basis.
  • For embedded roles, compensation will be based on the salary range listed in the specific job posting.
  • Pay will be determined by experience, location, and other factors during the interview process.
