Description

  • Collaborate with the customer communications team to draft newsletters, alerts, on-hold messages, text messages, talking points, fact sheets, customer letters, and related materials.
  • Execute individual projects and programs in partnership with team members to support successful delivery.
  • Proofread communications to ensure proper grammar, punctuation, spelling, and overall quality.
  • Develop and execute email campaigns using a visual email editor while maintaining brand standards.
  • Create knowledgeable and engaging written and digital content for custom communications.
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience as a Communications Specialist with a focus on copywriting, digital communications, and written communications.
  • Demonstrated ability to write, edit, and proofread high-quality communications content.
  • Proven ability to develop content for digital channels such as social media, text messages, web content, and mobile alerts.
  • Extensive experience working in a highly regulated sector and aligning with compliance requirements.
  • Experience with UX writing.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including experience design.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage requests from multiple stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and willing to learn with a positive attitude.
