Description

  • Conduct onsite property inspections for Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and Property Condition Assessments.
  • Prepare professional assessment reports in accordance with ASTM and industry standards.
  • Work alongside the full-time team on commercial real estate due diligence projects.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet established deadlines.
  • Travel to job sites to perform field inspections.
  • Complete full reports independently from field findings.
  • Support projects across the United States as part of the approved Subconsultant Network.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience conducting Phase I ESA and/or PCA assessments.
  • Ability to travel to job sites to perform field inspections.
  • Strong technical writing skills and ability to complete full reports independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet established deadlines.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, including ASTM for ESA or PCA guidelines.
  • Experience using Quire or a similar reporting platform (preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred, not required).
  • Professional credentials such as CEP, RA, PE, or similar (preferred).
  • Radon or AHERA (Asbestos) certifications (preferred).
  • Experience with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, or HUD scope projects (preferred).
