Description

  • Build and maintain production Flutter apps for consumers, restaurants, and white-label clients.
  • Own mobile observability, including release tagging, symbol uploads, alerting, crash triage, RUM, and session replay.
  • Instrument meaningful product analytics using tools such as PostHog and AppsFlyer.
  • Track and improve crash-free rate and p95 performance.
  • Review AI-assisted code and ensure every change is understood and approved by a human before merging.
  • Maintain native iOS and Android integrations, builds, and platform channels.
  • Develop tested, layered packages using clean architecture, dependency injection, and reactive state management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of mobile development experience and 3+ years of Flutter experience.
  • At least one production Flutter app shipped to both the iOS App Store and Google Play.
  • Native iOS and Android proficiency, including Kotlin/Gradle, Swift/SPM, native stack traces, Xcode and Gradle troubleshooting, and platform channels.
  • Strong Dart 3 skills, including null safety, pattern matching, and sealed classes.
  • Experience with clean architecture, layered packages, dependency injection, and reactive state management; Signals is a plus.
  • Test-driven development experience, strong Bash and monorepo tooling skills, and strong English communication.
  • Deep Sentry knowledge, including release tagging, symbol uploads, alert rules, and crash-volume analysis.
  • Experience with Datadog, Luciq, Crashlytics, or equivalent RUM and session-replay tools.
  • Experience with Fastlane/CI, Bluetooth or TCP printer integration, white-label apps at scale, Stripe, or deep linking is preferred.
