Description

  • Own game titles through strategy, concept, production, testing, launch, and live operations.
  • Develop game strategies and pitch concepts using Atari’s IP portfolio.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external studios to maintain delivery schedules and remove blockers.
  • Run agile and Scrum processes, including sprint planning, standups, and roadmap tracking across multiple titles.
  • Maintain game dashboards covering status, ownership, and timelines.
  • Manage Reddit and MSN platform partnerships, including formatting, submission, and certification.
  • Manage external studio and vendor relationships and coordinate IP intake and rights clearance with legal and licensing teams.
  • Track KPIs such as live games, revenue per player, and engagement, and report results weekly.
  • Identify timeline risks, coordinate mitigation, and manage releases.
  • Scout new intellectual property and distribution channels such as Discord, YouTube Playables, and Telegram.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a game producer or associate producer in casual, mobile, or browser games.
  • Experience shipping games end to end with internal and outsourced teams.
  • Working knowledge of Unity and HTML5 game development pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with agile/Scrum planning and sprint scheduling.
  • Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple titles.
  • Experience with platform partner launch and certification requirements.
  • Experience managing external studios, vendors, and timeline risks.
  • Passion for retro and arcade gaming and Atari’s IP library.
  • Comfort using dashboards and revenue-per-player data to make ship/stop decisions.
  • Availability to work remotely with core overlap across Europe and India time zones.
