Description

  • Manage multiple concurrent, high-volume requisitions for technical and go-to-market roles.
  • Source, screen, and advance qualified candidates while meeting weekly pipeline targets.
  • Use Metaview, Noon, Claude, or similar AI tools for sourcing, outreach, screening summaries, and interview notes.
  • Maintain accurate candidate stages, notes, scorecards, and dispositions in Greenhouse.
  • Coordinate interviews and keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.
  • Assess English proficiency, role fit, and LATAM contractor readiness.
  • Identify pipeline risks early and share talent-market feedback with pod leads.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of recruiting experience with proven high-volume delivery across multiple requisitions and fast hiring cycles.
  • Experience recruiting for both technical and go-to-market roles.
  • Experience using AI tools such as Metaview, Noon, Claude, or similar in day-to-day recruiting workflows.
  • Experience with Greenhouse or another modern applicant tracking system.
  • Professional or advanced written and spoken English.
  • Strong organization, speed, follow-through, and comfort working toward metrics and targets.
  • Knowledge of the Colombian technology and sales talent market.
  • Permanent work authorization in the country of residence; no current or future visa sponsorship required.
  • Agency or nearshore staffing experience with U.S. clients (preferred).
  • Experience with outreach sequencing, email enrichment, or recruiting across multiple LATAM countries (preferred).
