Description

  • Own and optimize the product’s front-end experience to increase conversion rates and user engagement.
  • Improve user onboarding and application flows to create a better customer experience.
  • Analyze user feedback and product data to make decisions that improve performance and conversion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business needs, user expectations, and product goals.
  • Develop initiatives to improve customer acquisition and retention, with an emphasis on organic growth and return on spend.
  • Build strategy for the B2B2C product journey across business and consumer touchpoints.
  • Partner with other product managers and engineering teams to define vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Work with product and engineering to clarify, triage, and prioritize bugs.
  • Assess risk and propose solutions to remove roadblocks from the product roadmap.
  • Use AI tools as a default part of thinking, building, and shipping work faster.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in a technically focused product management role with products shipped to market.
  • Strong technical background, ideally with Computer Science or software engineering experience.
  • Must have experience writing SQL and synthesizing data independently.
  • Experience managing a consumer-facing app or product with a focus on front-end conversion rate optimization.
  • Proven ability to improve key user metrics such as users or monthly active users through onboarding or user flow initiatives.
  • Experience managing product experiences for D2C or B2B2C models.
  • Familiarity with identifying barriers to conversion and making data-driven decisions to improve performance.
  • Strong understanding of consumer metrics such as CAC, conversion rate, and ROI, with experience minimizing reliance on paid ad spend.
  • A belief that AI is reshaping work and is used instinctively to accelerate work.
  • Experience working through complex tasks with ambiguity in a 1099 contract or evaluation period is relevant to the role.
