Description

  • Improve operational processes and workflow for client organizations.
  • Support the development and execution of monthly action plans.
  • Identify internal and contextual roadblocks to client goals.
  • Break client goals into actionable steps and develop plans for each goal.
  • Provide resources to support action-plan implementation.
  • Implement operational policies, procedures, and control measures.
  • Review, analyze, and report on client tools and resources against industry best practices.
  • Evaluate client progress toward goals using KPIs and scoring matrices.
  • Maintain and share accurate records of consulting outcomes, challenges, and breakthroughs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a hedge fund, alternative investment firm, or family office.
  • Experience working with sophisticated institutional clients.
  • Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders.
  • Self-directed project-management skills with strong follow-through.
  • Excellent customer-service skills, organization, and attention to detail.
