Description

  • Build and ship features across the internal operations platform, including inventory, purchasing, planning workflows, dashboards, and data-heavy tables.
  • Maintain the NetSuite sync layer by writing and updating SuiteQL queries and sync pipelines into PostgreSQL.
  • Model and evolve the database schema in Drizzle, including migrations and query optimization.
  • Debug end-to-end ERP-to-platform data issues and implement fixes directly.
  • Improve performance of heavy pages and queries through instrumentation, indexing, and careful data loading.
  • Build reliable background jobs and queue workflows using BullMQ and Redis.
  • Maintain a healthy codebase through reusable component architecture, permission-aware server actions, testing, and code review.
  • Contribute to technical decisions and help shape the platform’s direction.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders who rely on the platform.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience shipping and maintaining production web applications.
  • Deep hands-on experience with React and Next.js or equivalent in large production applications.
  • Fluency in TypeScript and writing clean, type-safe code.
  • Solid command of PostgreSQL and relational database concepts, including joins, indexes, and query performance.
  • Production experience with a type-safe ORM and migration workflow such as Drizzle, or transferable experience such as Prisma.
  • Confidence integrating third-party and backend APIs, including pagination, retries, rate limits, and failure handling.
  • Security-conscious approach to SQL injection prevention, input validation, and authentication/authorization on server-side mutations.
  • Experience writing, maintaining, and extending automated tests.
  • Comfort working in an inherited, partly documented codebase and navigating existing patterns and technical debt.
  • Solid command of Tailwind CSS and a component library such as shadcn/ui or comparable.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English at C2/C1 proficiency.
  • Preferred: experience integrating with an ERP or large third-party system, especially NetSuite/SuiteQL.
  • Preferred: background-job or queue experience with BullMQ, Redis, or similar, with idempotency awareness.
  • Preferred: schema-driven form and validation patterns such as Zod and React Hook Form.
  • Preferred: RBAC or permission-model experience.
  • Preferred: experience in inventory, purchasing, supply-chain, or ERP-adjacent domains.
  • Preferred: experience with error monitoring and performance tooling such as Sentry.
