Description

  • Own assigned stablecoin-related accounting and reporting activities as the primary preparer, supporting management review and approval.
  • Prepare and record stablecoin customer flows, including complex cash movements and issuance/redemption entries.
  • Perform detailed, high-volume reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and completeness of stablecoin reporting.
  • Produce monthly stablecoin reserve reports for assigned stablecoins and support the independent auditor attestation process.
  • Verify reporting accuracy across existing stablecoin products and upcoming product launches.
  • Perform fluctuation analyses and variance reviews to ensure general ledger balances align with financial statements.
  • Support internal controls compliance, financial reporting, external audits, and tax-related activities.
  • Assist with implementing accounting software to automate workflows and improve the monthly close process.
  • Contribute to special accounting projects and provide ad hoc financial analyses as needed.
  • Document and standardize accounting processes to improve team knowledge sharing and reduce single points of failure.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, or Audit.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in financial management, reporting, accounting, or audit.
  • Direct experience performing detailed, data-intensive reconciliations.
  • Experience writing and editing SQL queries to manipulate and analyze large datasets.
  • High proficiency with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for advanced data modeling.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, multitask effectively, and work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
  • Full professional proficiency in English for reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
  • Preferred: experience at a public audit firm or managing the full audit lifecycle from planning through reporting.
  • Preferred: active CPA certification or local equivalent.
  • Preferred: strong working knowledge of US GAAP and SOX compliance frameworks.
  • Preferred: hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar enterprise ERP systems.
  • Preferred: industry experience in digital assets, SaaS, or high-growth technology sectors.
  • Preferred: active awareness of blockchain and digital asset innovations.
