Description

  • Define business needs and goals and translate them into clear software requirements.
  • Lead client discovery sessions, audits, and stakeholder interviews.
  • Shape solutions through AI-driven prototyping and solution exploration.
  • Conduct business and competitor analysis to inform solution design.
  • Collaborate with clients, product managers, designers, and development teams.
  • Write, refine, and manage user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize requirements according to business value and stakeholder input.
  • Support pre-sales and early project phases.
  • Participate in backlog management and Agile/Scrum activities.
  • Drive continuous improvements in product quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Business Analyst experience in a technology company.
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher written and spoken English.
  • Strong knowledge of Business Analysis theory, best practices, and the Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong client management, communication, analytical, systems-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience eliciting requirements through workshops, discovery calls, stakeholder interviews, and documentation analysis.
  • Basic technical or engineering background, including the ability to discuss solution approaches with developers.
  • Experience with AI prototyping or vibe-coding tools such as Lovable, Bolt, or similar.
  • High-level understanding of AI concepts including LLMs, models, and agents, with willingness to develop further.
  • Experience with discovery, client audits, pre-sales, UML, BPMN, flow diagrams, Swagger/OpenAPI, and business or competitor analysis.
