Description

  • Support workforce intelligence and workforce forecasting initiatives.
  • Assist with workforce analytics and labor market trend analysis.
  • Contribute to workforce intelligence reports and publications.
  • Participate in development of workforce intelligence frameworks and forecasting support tools.
  • Research publicly available labor market and workforce datasets.
  • Support operational workforce visibility and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Assist with dashboard validation and workforce signal analysis.
  • Document workforce intelligence methodology and interpret workforce signals.
  • Contribute to regional workforce intelligence reporting for construction industry decision-making.

Requirements

  • Background or strong interest in predictive analytics, workforce analytics, operations research, econometrics, statistics, industrial engineering, labor economics, forecasting systems, data science, business analytics, operational analytics, quantitative modeling, applied economics, mathematics, or data analytics.
  • Graduate students, PhD candidates, early-career researchers, analysts, and analytically oriented professionals are encouraged to apply.
  • Interest in workforce forecasting support systems, labor market analytics, compensation analysis, and workforce planning.
  • Interest in applied workforce analytics for the construction industry rather than purely theoretical modeling.
  • Ability to commit approximately 3–5 hours per week in a flexible, project-based fellowship.
  • Interest in explainable methodologies, operational usefulness, and practical workforce planning support.
  • Willingness to work with publicly available labor market data, dashboards, and workforce intelligence reporting.
