Description

  • Serve as senior strategic lead for the account and provide direction to internal teams and clients.
  • Lead strategy for CX, digital product, and experience initiatives by defining consumer needs, value propositions, and business value.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative research to frame problems, test hypotheses, and uncover insights.
  • Analyze data and insights to develop persuasive stories that shape and sell strategic and creative work.
  • Partner with account leadership to grow the business and strengthen the account’s strategic capabilities.
  • Guide the creative process with creative leadership, ensuring ideas are distinctive, on-brief, relevant, and effective.
  • Translate strategic recommendations into actionable digital products, services, and experiences.
  • Collaborate with creative, technology, UX, delivery, and data science leads to ensure high-quality work.
  • Contribute to thought leadership on design and technology trends.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in strategy, CX, digital, communications, consulting, or a related discipline.
  • Deep expertise in CX and digital strategy, including product strategy, design thinking, and digital products and services.
  • Understanding of the relationship between business, brands, customers, and technology.
  • Experience in brand and communications planning and business strategy.
  • Ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams through client business and industry challenges.
  • Experience designing, applying, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative research, including measurement plans.
  • Ability to evaluate creative ideas for distinctiveness, relevance, and effectiveness.
  • Experience generating insights and ideas and translating strategy into products, services, and experiences.
  • Exceptional communication skills with senior internal and external audiences.
  • Proven record of leading and growing strategic, creative, and technology-centered work, with the ability to manage people across multiple projects under pressure.
