Description

  • Conduct one-on-one financial education sessions for employees at partner companies on topics such as stock options, real estate, estate planning, retirement, budgeting, and debt management.
  • Contribute to content development for financial education materials and programming.
  • Help inform product development by providing feedback and subject-matter input.
  • Partner with Addition Wealth’s leadership team to create frameworks for expansion in the United Kingdom.
  • Support the delivery of best-in-class financial wellness experiences for clients.
  • Help guide and shape the company’s strategy as an early financial professional in the United Kingdom.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United Kingdom.
  • Part-time, contractor availability.
  • One or more active professional designations, such as CFP® (Certified Financial Planner), European Financial Advisor® (EQF 4, EQF 5, or EQF 6), or a comparable UK-specific designation.
  • At least 4 years of experience in financial planning, managed accounts, or investment advisory.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for financial planning and delivering a great customer experience.
  • Ability to work alongside your own business, as this role does not require a dedicated number of hours.
  • Experience with or interest in financial wellness and employee benefits (preferred).
