Description

  • Conduct one-on-one financial education sessions with employees at partner companies on personal finance topics such as stock options, real estate, retirement, budgeting and savings, and debt management.
  • Contribute to content development for financial education materials and programming.
  • Provide input on product development and help improve the company’s financial wellness offerings.
  • Partner with Addition Wealth’s leadership team to create frameworks that support expansion.
  • Deliver a strong customer experience for employees using the platform.
  • Support the company’s mission to make personalized financial expertise more accessible and inclusive.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Mexico.
  • Active professional designation required, such as CFP, CPA, AMIB designation, or a comparable Mexico-specific designation.
  • At least 4 years of experience in financial planning, managed accounts, or investment advisory.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Passion for financial planning and Addition Wealth’s mission.
  • Ability to work part-time on a contract basis.
  • Willingness to work remotely and with flexible hours.
  • Experience with employee financial wellness or similar client-facing financial services is preferred.
