Description

  • Conduct one-on-one financial education sessions with employees and their families at partner companies.
  • Advise on personal finance topics such as stock options, retirement, budgeting, savings, and debt management.
  • Contribute to content development, programming, and product initiatives for the company.
  • Partner with Addition Wealth’s leadership team to create frameworks for expansion.
  • Provide a high-quality customer experience in all client interactions.
  • Help support the delivery of financial wellness and literacy services as an employee benefit.

Requirements

  • Professional working proficiency to read, write, and speak both English and Spanish.
  • CFP required.
  • CPA, EA, or another professional designation strongly preferred.
  • Must operate your own RIA.
  • At least 4 years of experience in financial planning, managed accounts, or investment advisory at a Registered Investment Advisor.
  • Experience working in the United States.
  • Passion for financial planning and delivering a great customer experience.
