Description

  • Design interaction and visual experiences that support client business goals and delight end users.
  • Work directly with UX leads, engagement teams, and client stakeholders on active projects.
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and program management teams to deliver products using Agile practices.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and delivery timelines clearly to the team and client.
  • Adapt to changes in priorities and scope as project needs evolve.
  • Participate in UX and engagement rituals, meetings, workshops, and client presentations.
  • Identify risks early and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Contribute ideas to improve standard tools and processes within the team.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, and AI to inform future work.
  • Support a collaborative team culture across distributed global teams.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in a client-facing UX role.
  • Expertise working with digital products, business logic, and varied client environments.
  • Strong interaction design or visual design skills.
  • Practical knowledge of Agile practices and Lean methodologies.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI tools.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a hands-on, proactive mindset.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking with the ability to balance big-picture goals and detailed execution.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • High cultural awareness.
  • Experience working with global teams is a plus.
